Ted's Cameras Photographer of the Year 2025
This cluster of rusting corrugated iron sheds is affectionately called "the old smithy" by the families who own the Coromandel beachfront property now. They tell me it was built by their grandfather Fred who was a blacksmith in the township, but this smithy was used mostly for the horses on his farm. These days the smithy is used to house dinghies, kayaks and fishing equipment.
